Red Bean Soup

The red bean soup that I like is the bean must be soft and maintain with it's shape, unlike those selling outside like taking red bean paste soup can't see the whole red bean.

These are what you need......



Utensils

Thermal cooker


Ingredients
  • 50gm red bean
  • 30gm dried longan
  • 80gm rock sugar
  • 500ml water 









Instructions

1. Wash the red bean n dried longan
2. Put all the ingredients into the inner pot of thermal cooker
3. Use high flame bring to boil then turn medium flame keep boiling for 15 mins
4. Off fire, put the inner pot to thermal cooker
5. Leave it for 2 hours, and you can have nice shape red soup now.
