Ingredients
- I nashi pear/Asian pear
- 400gm pork spinal cord bone
- 50gm dried figs (无花果)
- 30gm white fungus (白木耳)
- 1000ml water
Instructions
Soak the white fungus for 1 hour, change the water and wash it every 15 mins.
Boil a pot of hot water to prior to the bloody of the pork bone.
Cut the pear to half, take away the seed.
Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker, use high flame cook for 2 hours, turn to low flame cook for another hour, soup is ready to serve now.
Herbal advise : this soup is suitable for adult and children, if you don't like it as soup, can cook without pork spinal cord bone, then it can become a dessert, serve cold even taste better.
